Charlie Eubanks
Co-Founder
Charlie is responsible for the company's strategic direction, capital relationships and organizational structure. Prior to forming HCP, Charlie was responsible for all acquisition, development and asset management activities in the Central Division for the JPI Companies in Dallas, Texas. Charlie also held various leadership positions at JPI in the areas of corporate finance and asset management. Prior to joining JPI, Charlie was a consultant in the Ernst & Young, Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group where he specialized in portfolio valuations/structured transactions and feasibility analysis. Charlie is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance.
Jeff Askew
Co-Founder
Jeff is responsible for all project investments, due diligence, underwriting and asset management. Prior to forming HCP, Jeff was the Vice President and Acquisitions Partner for the Central Division of the JPI Companies in Dallas, Texas. His primary responsibilities included the acquisition of multifamily assets in Dallas, Austin and Houston. In 2000, Jeff helped start the acquisition program at JPI and assisted in the acquisition of conventional and student living communities in Dallas, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Southern California, Boston and Washington, DC. Jeff is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
